Secondly, the second kind is to step on it, support the grid board with two bricks, then step on the top of the grid board, jump a few times, if the elasticity of the grid board is particularly large, it means that the resin content of the grid board is higher, the load will be stronger, if the grid board is more rigid, then it means that the grid board added more calcium powder, the board is particularly brittle, easy to break.
High quality FRP grids are made of high quality resin: unsaturated phenyl resin 196, colorless and transparent. Low viscosity, low heat release, low shrinkage, high speed curing, high speed compatibility, gloss. The fiberglass reinforced plastics grille is smooth, bright in color, strong in strength and has certain toughness. If using inferior resin, it will be completely opposite to inferior resin, which is turbid, high viscosity, high exothermic, high shrinkage, relatively slow curing and poor compatibility. The produced FRP grille has many pores, is easy to break, and has poor strength and toughness.
