The glass fiber reinforced plastics (FRP for short) grille is a plate material with many blanks, which is made of glass fiber as reinforcing materials and unsaturated polyester resin as matrix after special processing and compounding. The FRP grille can be used for the floor, trench cover plate, platform, ship deck, staircase and plank road in corrosive environment as structural materials. The performance characteristics of FRP grille are as follows:

Corrosion Resistance

It provides excellent corrosion resistance to many gaseous and liquid media, such as acid, alkali, organic solvent and salt, and it has incomparable advantages in the field of corrosion resistance. The o-phthalate resin, m-phthalate resin and vinyl resin can be economically selected as the matrix materials according to the requirement of practical application.

Light Weight, High Strength and Easy to Cut and Install

For it is made of resin and glass fiber, its density is less than 2kg/dm3, which is 1/4 of steel and 2/3 of aluminum only. Its strength is 10 times that of rigid polyvinyl chloride, and its absolute strength is higher than that of aluminum and common steel. Its light weight can greatly reduce the foundation support, so as to reduce the material cost of the project. Its cutting and installation is simple, the fire and large lifting equipment are not required, and a small amount of manual and electric tools are required only, which greatly reduces the installation cost.

Aging Resistance

In theory, its service life is over 50 years.

Flame Retardancy

The flame propagation rate of common flame retardant grille is not more than 25 (ASTM E-84), and the flame propagation rate of advanced flame retardant vinyl grille is not more than 10. The oxygen index is not less than 28 (GB 8924).

Safety

It provides excellent electrical insulation, without breakdown at the 10KV voltage. It has no electromagnetism, and can be used in magnetic sensitive equipment. The special structure of FRP grille also features anti-skid and fatigue resistance.

Color

The colors are optional. The colors can be customized according to the customer's requirements, so as to improve the environment of the production site. In general, the color of FRP grille is yellow, black, grey, green, blue, red, transparent or translucent. One color can be used alone, or they can be matched during the use.

Powerful Designability

Its dimensions are flexible, easy to cut and stable.

Thickness of FRP Grille:

25mm thick: It is suitable for general drainage ditch. The inner diameter in the width of drainage ditch is not more than 30cm, and it can withstand about 0.8T of vehicle pressure.

30mm thick: It is suitable for the drainage ditch and vehicle washing position. The distance between the underneath supports shall not exceed 40cm, and it can withstand about 1T of vehicle pressure.

38mm thick: It is suitable for the drainage ditch and vehicle washing position. The distance between the underneath supports shall not exceed 50cm (laterally and longitudinally).

50mm thick: It is suitable for the working platform and special equipment platform.

Standard parking space: 6*3m
